What is AWGE?
AWGE is a dietary supplement especially made for the U.S. market and was formerly branded as Avé. This product contains the original Avemar Pulvis, which uses baker's yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae) for the fermentation of wheat germ into a natural extract. The entire manufacturing process is a standardized, patented process that consistently produces only the highest quality products.
The Avemar pulvis has been extensively studied for its immuno-modulating effects and produces anti-cancer effects as well.
AWGE is a natural, plant origin substance in a granular form (called "Avemar pulvis"), which must be dissolved in water before being used. Due to its complex nature, AWGE contains numerous additional molecules besides its main ingredient. While these compounds are responsible for the peculiar taste of the product, their removal would compromise the product's overall effectiveness.
Currently, AWGE is the only product on the U.S. market that contains the original Avemar pulvis. In 2006, under its former brand name Avé, AWGE earned the "NutrAward" for the "Best New Product of the Year". This award was presented at the annual Natural Products Expo West/SupplyExpo tradeshow in Anaheim California, which is the largest gathering of the natural, organic and healthy products industry.
The manufacturer of AWGE is located in the same factory that manufactured the Avé product for the U.S. market until 2009. The manufacturing process is standardized and supervised by independent registered laboratories and institutes.
