Avé was the name of the first product introduced to U.S. market that contained Avemar Pulvis. Biropharma Ltd. (the original manufacturer of Avemar Pulvis) supplied the U.S. market with the Avé product between 2005 and 2009.

In 2010, Biropharma Ltd. decided to redesign the packaging of its products containing the original Avemar Pulvis in order to harmonize the appearance of its products that are available around the world. As a part of this effort in 2010, the product containing the original Avemar Pulvis (formerly distributed under the brand name “Avé”) is now available for the U.S. consumers under the brand name AWGE.

In 2006, the product containing the original Avemar Pulvis earned a “NutrAward” for the “Best New Product of the Year”. This award was presented at the annual Natural Products Expo West/SupplyExpo tradeshow in Anaheim California, which is the largest gathering of the natural, organic and healthy products industry. 

The composition of AWGE, the product that is currently available in the U.S., is identical to the composition of the product that earned the “NutrAward” except for the packaging. AWGE is produced in the same manufacturing plant as Avé was using the same technology, and the only difference is that its look has been updated.
